The impact of a full mind

In the hectic and fast living modern world a full mind is considered to be completely normal.



With a full mind it is impossible to e.g. inhaling the beauty of nature or to allow any feelings of joy or happininess to show up.

Mostly people working and/or living in big cities feel the pressure of 1000 things urgently need to be done at the same time to meet all the challenges the job, family, kids bring about – day by day!

Excessive demands over a longer period of time lead to stress. And stress affects people emotional, mental, physical as well as behavioral.  The sad consequence is a society that suffers from various stress related disorders up to the point of depression, burn out or anxiety disorders.
